Description
Passive: Upon consuming a potion ( ), you additionally
heal equal to 40% of its total health restoration.

If a health potion is consumed while one is already active, this effect will trigger on the activation of the next potion once the restoration of the current one ends.

- Time Warp Tonic grants a similar effect to the removed Season 2016 mastery .
- Until patch V8.13, granted the bonus movement speed of Time Warp Tonic, without increasing its duration (Time Warp Tonic increased the duration of potions back then).
- In the Turkish localization, the name and description erroneously state that the rune applies to elixirs and not potions.
- The rune is named Time Warping Elixir (Zaman Büken Karışım) and the description uses the word elixir (karışım) instead of potion (iksir).

heal yourself for an extra 40% of its total health restoration. If a health potion is consumed while one is already active, this effect will trigger on the activation of the next potion once the restoration of the current one ends.

- Old Effect:
- Passive: Consuming a potion or biscuit immediately restores 30% of the health and mana (if applicable) it would restore. Health/mana per tick is then reduced by 30% for the effect's regular duration. If consumables are stacked, the instant restoration is applied after the duration of the initial consumable ends.
- Additionally, you gain
2% bonus total movement speed while under the effect of a potion or biscuit.
- Bonus movement speed reduced to 2% from 4%.
- Immediate restoration reduced to 30% from 50%.
- Bonus movement speed reduced to 4% from 5%.
- New Effect: No longer puts the consumable on cooldown, if consumables are stacked the instant restoration is applied after the duration of the initial consumable ends.

- Consuming a potion or biscuit grants 50% of its health immediately, and mana if applicable, but prevents that consumable from being used again until the effect ends. Health/mana per tick is then reduced by half for the effect's regular duration.
