- When played, Elder Dragon casts the Dragon Boons on itself in the following order:
Mountainous Vigor,
Chemtech Blight,
Hextech Prowess,
Infernal Might,
Oceanic Will,
Cloudbringer's Grace (which resolve in reverse order as per the Spell Stack's mechanics).

At the behest of a power older than death itself, a skeletal form drags itself from the fetid waters of the marsh. Once, this creature had been a well-worshipped god. By the will of the Horned King, it will soon be restored to its former glory.
"Death shall not keep you, old friend. We have much to accomplish together." - Old God Mordekaiser
Features:The Court of Dragons presides over all.

The Crimson Elder remembers a time before the dragons had human subjects. Though the younger generations of the Dragon Court are intrigued by human celebrations below, he has no interest in petty mortal affairs--and will never be convinced to adopt a human form.
As the Court's steward of culture and tradition, the Crimson Elder observed Lee Sin's journey with skepticism. Originally intending to chastise the prince for breach of decorum, he instead discovered that mortals have one tradition he might deign to embrace: fireworks.
The prestige of the Court is equal to none.
Many mortals offer prayers to the Court for good health and fortune in the new year.
Fireworks are but an imitation of a dragon's true might.
The Dragon Court will outlast any mortal kingdom.
The heavenly winds will lift them up.
The Court's future rulers will see new traditions forged.
The Dragon Court reigns immortal.
