COST:
50 Mana
COOLDOWN:
18 / 16 / 14 / 12
CAST TIME:
none
SPEED:
2500 / 1200 / 3000
Active: Akshan can activate Heroic Swing three times before the ability goes on cooldown, and can use the third cast only after 0.5 seconds of the second cast. Akshan must input a movement command to use the second cast.
First Cast: Akshan fires a hook in the target direction that embeds in the first terrain hit, then enters preparation for up to 2 seconds, during which he can second cast. Heroic Swing will cancel if the hook fails to attach or Akshan is moved, or becomes immobilized, grounded, or polymorphed during this time.
Second Cast: Akshan swings up to one circle around the terrain in the target direction, stopping upon hitting an enemy champion or terrain. While swinging, he fires at the nearest visible enemy every 0.2 seconds to deal them physical damage and apply on-hit effects for each shot, with on-hit damage reduced to 25% effect. The shots can critically strike for (150% + An icon for the item Infinity Edge 45%) damage.

Akshan will be knocked down by any immobilizing or polymorphing crowd control during the dash.
Damage per Shot:
30 / 70 / 110 / 150 (+ 15% bonus AD)
Third Cast: Akshan ends the swing and jumps to the target location, firing one last shot at a nearby visible enemy.

Heroic Swing can be cast during Akshan's other abilities. An icon for Akshan's ability Avengerang Avengerang and An icon for Akshan's ability Going Rogue Going Rogue can be cast during the jump.

Interrupted
  • The swing will continue if Akshan hits terrain at an obtuse (>90°) angle.
  • The swing will end prematurely if the terrain the hook was attached to no longer exists, such as player-generated terrain.
  • Akshan will prioritize firing at enemies he damaged with any unit-targeted ability or spell within the last 4 seconds, such as An icon for Akshan's ability Comeuppance Comeuppance or An icon representing WR:Ignite Ignite.
  • Heroic Swing grants a buff to Akshan for 2 seconds that indicates and determines the first cast's duration.
    • This buff starts as soon as the ability is cast, and lingers for 0.125 seconds after it expires.
      • This means the hook can be attached to terrain for longer if it hits it earlier in the duration, and vice versa.
    • If Akshan dashes (excluding second cast's dash) or blinks or becomes affected by immobilization, ground, or polymorph in the duration, the buff is removed immediately, causing the first cast to be lost and cancelling Heroic Swing entirely.
  • Akshan immediately fires one shot at the beginning of his swing and a final shot while dismounting from the swing.
  • Akshan can fire at any targetable enemy unit excluding structures and jungle plants.
  • Only Heroic Swing's first cast is disabled while grounded or rooted. The third cast is still usable during those effects.
  • Heroic Swing's second and third cast can both be used while silenced.
  • Clones do not count for the cooldown reset.
  • Akshan will be ordered to basic attack the nearest enemy afterwards.
  • Akshan will attempt to basic attack the target he fired at with the last shot after the third cast's dash ends, if there is no other input given.
  • Each shot generates a stack of An icon representing WR:Conqueror Conqueror.
  • Spell shield will block a single shot.
  • PENDING FOR TEST: Hook range including lollipop against walls, automated attacks range while swinging, final dash distance and speed.

All ability data templates for Wild Rift use the same parameters.

Independent retrieval of a value

  • Transclude this data template, by typing its title between two sets of braces.
  • Input "pst2", then the desired parameter's name. This returns the parameter's value.
{{WR Data <champion>/<ability>|pst2|<name of parameter>}}
This process uses the parameter-selection template pst2.

Formatting the data

  • Various formatting templates can be created in order to present the data in an organized manner within articles, such as in sections, infoboxes, tables (etc.) and combinations of them.
  • Within the formatting template's page, insert the name of a parameter that is available in this data template between a pair of triple braces.
{{{parameter name}}}
  • This creates a "variable": the parameter's value will take this variable's place whenever the formatting template uses the data.
  • Any number of parameters found in this data template can be included in or excluded from the formatting template, as desired.
  • The formatting template may then be transcluded in an article through the data template.
{{WR Data <champion>/<ability>|<title of formatting template>}}
