    Sentinels of Light is the bonus expansion of the Empires of the Ascended set as part of the Sentinels of Light 2021 Event.

    It is also known as Champion Expansion - Viego & Akshan.

    Sentinels of Light features 23 new collectible cards for existing regions, with a focus on Shadow Isles and Shurima, and their new champions: 2Akshan and 6Viego.

    Shadow Isles decks are all about making sacrifices to gain power. They feature powerful removal cards and have the most access to lifesteal mechanics.

    Shurima as a region has many tools for summoning and to facilitate slaying units for swift aggression, whittling and weathering down the opponent with large numbers of units, de-buffing effects and board-wide effects, while using mechanics such as Predict and Countdown to set up and guarantee wins, and to have the right cards just when you need them.
