Crown of Carnage was a permanent, team-wide neutral buff granted by slaying Ruinous Atakhan. It was available only on Summoner's Rift.

  • Touch of the Void — 25% more damage.
  • Hunger of the Void — PENDING FOR TEST: Effect unknown.
  • Eye of the Herald — Mercenary has 25% increased health, deals 25% increased damage to all targets, and duration of stun and knockup during Rift Herald Rodeo is increased by 25%. The number of Voidmites spawned by Rift Herald Rodeo is increased by 25%.
  • Dragon Slayer — Each stack's stat bonus is increased by 25%.

    • Chemtech Dragon Soul — 25% more damage and damage reduction while below the threshold.
    • Cloud Dragon Soul — 25% more bonus movement speed on both the regular and the super buff.
    • Hextech Dragon Soul — 25% more damage and slow.
    • Infernal Dragon Soul — 25% more damage.
    • Mountain Dragon Soul — 25% larger shield.
    • Ocean Dragon Soul — 25% more health and mana restoration.
  • Aspect of the Dragon — 25% more damage.
  • Hand of Baron — 25% more attack damage and ability power.
