In a sinister plot, Petyr joined forces with Aligh to orchestrate the assassination of multiple pirate captains at sea, utilizing Aligh's faked funeral as a cover. The pirate captain met his demise when Miss Fortune threw a loop around his neck, which was secured to a heavy cannon, and plunged him into the depths of the sea, where he met a watery grave. | ||

Jules and Verne initially tried to tell Vander to get lost, but quickly realized he was a powerful man: the "Hound of the Underground" and de-facto leader of the undercity. Begrudgingly, Jules and Verne agreed to give Huck the rest of what they owed him so they could leave the bar in one piece. |

When his captain returned from his supposed death, Malik met with him in Grey Harbor to supply him with  Buhru artifacts, and in return, Gangplank gave him a Buhru amulet to protect him and the crew from the Black Mist. Later, when  Ahri was searching for a sunstone at a black market, she learned that Malik already purchased it and decided to follow him.  Yasuo,  Illaoi, and  Braum later confronted Malik in Grey Harbor, who revealed that Ahri had passed through and had started pursuing Gangplank and the sunstone to the  Shadow Isles. Malik ordered the Jagged Hooks to kill the intruders, but when they were all defeated and he realized there was no way out, Malik destroyed the amulet, summoning a massive wraith that killed him. |

Pablo lost three of his tentacles over the course of his career and became known as "Five-Punch Pablo" by the time he retired.
