A totally normal universe with nothing duplicitous, treacherous, or disingenuous going on. Definitely not.

A crime wave threatens to drown Piltover and only two cops have what it takes to stem the rising tide of lawlessness. We teamed up with Risu to bring you all the punching and plants you could ever want, as Officers Vi and Zyra try to foil the Mafia's sword-stealing schemes and bring peace to the city![1]

- Each of the skins were released during seasonal events such as April Fools' Day and Harrowing. As such, they can be seen interacting with skins stories from different universes.

Definitely Not Blitzcrank is a brainwashed version of 
Riot Blitzcrank in the Punches and Plants comics series connected to the Cops and Robbers skin universe.
- Definitely Not Blitzcrank is a teacher in the Academy universe through the comic series, Academy Adventures.
- It is also an optional skin in the Blitzcrank's Poro Roundup game connected to the
