notes
  • The initiation of the attack windup to gain the bonus attack speed is only for gaining the bonus; it does not refresh the duration of the attack speed buff if Warwick has it already.
  • If Blood Hunt was cast with no enemy champions within range, the ability incurs its cast time then goes on cooldown without marking any target.
  • As mentioned by the description, Blood Hunt only marks enemy champions if they are damaged below the thresholds by an allied source. This includes Warwick himself, champions, minions, and turrets.
    • The only exception is the allied Nexus Obelisk, because that deals internalraw damage, which does not trigger damage-related events such as Blood Hunt's marking.
  • Note that monsters are neutral units.
  • Blood Hunt can detect and target decoys.
  • Blood Hunt will occur from wherever Warwick was at the start of the cast time.
  • Blood Hunt has an indicator that appears above the target(s) when they are being hunted. Some skins have a unique indicator.
  • Each of Old God's  Chromas have a unique color variation:
  • Editor's note: It should be noted that as of right now, skins that use the original's assets are all using a purple-blueish indicator that was undocumentedly introduced. It was possibly meant for color blind mode, based on the color. It is unknown whether the change was intentional or is a wrongly implemented feature.

All ability data templates use the same parameters.

Independent retrieval of a value

  • Transclude this data template, by typing its title between two sets of braces.
  • Input "pst2", then the desired parameter's name. This returns the parameter's value.
{{Data <champion>/<ability>|pst2|<name of parameter>}}
This process uses the parameter-selection template pst2.

Formatting the data

  • Various formatting templates can be created in order to present the data in an organized manner within articles, such as in sections, infoboxes, tables (etc.) and combinations of them.
  • Within the formatting template's page, insert the name of a parameter that is available in this data template between a pair of triple braces.
{{{parameter name}}}
  • This creates a "variable": the parameter's value will take this variable's place whenever the formatting template uses the data.
  • Any number of parameters found in this data template can be included in or excluded from the formatting template, as desired.
  • The formatting template may then be transcluded in an article through the data template.
{{Data <champion>/<ability>|<title of formatting template>}}
