From what I understand there is generally an accepted difference between Buy to play (b2p) and Pay to Play (p2p) games. Buy-to-Play means you pay once and then have full access to the game forever, such as the case in games like guild wars, whereas pay to play implies a recurring subscription fee, such as in games like World of Warcraft. Since HoN has no recurring fee's I would classify it as a Buy-to-Play game.
